We help strengthening the capacity of the Agency for Human Resource Development of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries to:
- Develop vocational tuition programs through a blended learning approach including online learning, workshops and internships
- Use of modern education technologies, especially e-learning, providing large groups of (remote) students with standardized learning materials
- Set up a platform for (local) private sector contribution to curriculum development.
